With latency directly comparable to fiber, and unbelievable uptime with a main and secondary hot-standby connection, our network is world-class. That being the case, we consciously decide to keep our prices low.

Our network is built with all sorts of redundancies in place to ensure maximum reliability. Some of the redundancies in our network include:

• Battery backup at all core sites

• Multiple generators on standby

• Our core backbone is built in a large ring topology, meaning if one leg of the ring drops for any reason, traffic will reroute through an open path instead of internet dropping.

• We have multiple fiber paths that direct traffic out of our network to the internet. If there is a fiber cut at any point on the edge of the network, traffic will fail over to an open path.

Additionally, we are constantly in the process of upgrading our network, refreshing old hardware, removing weak links, ect.
